Ooyama's Pikachu is an adorable rare card from the third Japanese Vending Machine set released exclusively in Japan in 1998.
Rather than pulling these cards from booster packs as we've all come to enjoy, these cards were only available from vending machines where you'd get a randomised sheet which you'd peel yourself to reveal the card! So cool!

@Keysc23 Honestly, I have absolutely no idea, but there is no information I can find on if there were different coloured prints of the card, so I have to assume that it's just the photo/ editing. I mean mine looked pretty light when I took this photo but in person and after a little boosting of contrast/ exposure it looks pretty dark!
