Made by Hasbro/Kenner in 1998 this Archer was released in limited numbers due to his size. Usually stores would get 2 per case and they were shipped strapped to cardboard by their ankles which in result would snap their feet off by the time they reached the store. It was rare if one of these even made in onto the shelf and now it’s one of the most hard to find Small Soldiers figures. Made out of vinyl and has 5 articulation points along with a cloth loincloth. 6” Archer in photo for size comparison.
