This Animated series Batman from Kenner is a little worse for wear. He was by far my favorite Batman toy growing up. He fought along side the TMNTs, GI Joe, Bucky O'Hare and any other toyline in or outside of his scale. Crossover before it was a thing.
If I remember correctly, aside from his cape and that clip on belt, he also came with a grapple hook.
What else can I say? I was and am a huge fan of the animated series and Kenner nailed it here. One could argue he his the best animated series Batman adaptation from toon to toy to date!
